With several years of experience in accounting, credit analysis, and financial operations, I specialize in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed reports, and supporting sound business decisions. I’ve worked across risk management, bookkeeping, and credit analysis roles where I built a track record of balancing precision with efficiency to keep operations running smoothly.

I enjoy working with teams to stay organized and making day to day processes easier for everyone. I take pride in seeing how small improvements whether in reporting, workflows or communication can make a big difference over time. Outside of work, I’m always learning whether it’s exploring new tools, improving workflows, or just finding smarter ways to get things done.

Director of Marketing

As Marketing Director, I lead the strategy and execution of all marketing operations, aligning campaigns, dialing strategies, outbound mail, and call distribution to drive measurable growth. I also deliver in-depth sales reporting and analysis that inform ownership decisions and keep our initiatives data-driven and performance-focused.

A key member of the founding team since May 2024, and a strategic partner to leadership since 2021, I’ve played a central role in shaping the company’s direction and scaling its marketing infrastructure. With a hands-on yet strategic approach, I focus on building systems, campaigns, and insights that strengthen our market position and fuel long-term success.

From the very beginning of this company, I’ve been committed to ensuring that the overall well-being of every employee remains at the heart of my work while handling critical documentation and processes that keep operations running smoothly. Supporting others with patience, empathy, and care is central to my role, and I take pride in creating an environment where people feel valued and supported.

Known for my compassion and dedication, I strive to balance professionalism with genuine human connection, qualities that extend beyond the workplace as a lifelong animal lover.

I’m quick to learn and constantly seek ways to improve, not only the systems and environments around me, but also the experiences of the people I work with. My focus is on building efficiencies, elevating culture, and supporting others so that both individuals and teams can thrive.

As a trusted advisor to the nation’s leading TCPA compliance firm, I am regarded as an industry leader across multiple sectors.

 

Outside the boardroom, I enjoy traveling, hiking, collecting rare books, and diving into the world of horology.
